I wanted to alert you to a manufacturing defect with my recently purchased YA1713 antenna.
After zero success with gaining signal using a field strength meter I began to suspect the antenna.
Upon inspection of the matching transformer box balun, I isolated the problem to the internal circuit board.
The matching transformer leads are not soldered. See attachment photos.
I have asked the retailer for a replacement part but I have not heard back yet.
Can I get a replacement part sent to me directly from Winegard?
