MS 2000

Postby hodgeke » Fri Dec 23, 2011 8:54 pm

I have a MS 2000 installed on my roof. Attached is a report from tvfool indicating what channels I should get. I am able to get NBC, ABC, and CBS. However, I have a very weak signal strength for Fox (WHNS). It is about 25%. I checked some local forums and didn't see any particular issues with WHNS for others in the area. Any thoughts on why this may be or what I should do to improve the signal strength?

Good morning hodgeke,

It sounds as though you need to find a stronger signal location for FOX cahnnel 21. Try rotating the antenna left and right 10 degreed at a time up to 30 degrees in each direction. Also try raising the anetanna say at 12”-18” intervals to see if you can find a stronger signal for channel 21. Remember each time you move the antenna you have to rescan the TV set so it can find and remember the new signal levels.
