missing channel

I live in Conifer CO. With my old antenna I received Channel 7 with out any problems. Now that I have installed the new HD7080P, in the exact same place, I now longer get clear reception. What can I do to fix it. Channel 9 which broadcasts from the same place works just fine.

You do not state if the problem is on analog or digital. Channel 7 is broadcasting their digital signal on channel 17’s frequency until June 12th and will be going back to channel 7 frequency on June 12th for their digital signals. You might want to check your connections etc to see if we have a problem. Since the antenna is working on channel 9 it should also work on channel 7 so I do not believe it is the antenna proper but some little connection miss match.
