Dead AC Adaptor for Winegard HDA-100 amplifier

My HDA-100 HDTV amplifier suddenly stopped working. It appears as though all that is wrong is that the AC adaptor is dead. The adapter is a DVE Model No. : DV-1220DC. How can I replace this adaptor and get the HDA-100 functioning again?
