RC-1010 Questions

Hello,

I have a couple of questions regarding the Winegard RC-1010.

First of all, does it pass 480i signals through it's component outputs?

Second, does it have the 5th generation chipset?

I emailed your question over to engineering and received this response.

The RC-1010 was built on January of 2007 and we do not know which chip set is in it. We are trying to find out. The RC-1010 will handle the 480i signal.

I received a phone call again last night concerning your question. I am told that the RC-1010 has the current chip set and will pass 480i.
