HD7698P UHF phasing wire AWOL

I just purchased an HD7698P and have had no trouble with assembly except that I cannot find the UHF phasing wires. In the manual it's unclear where we find them on the antenna. I've looked the thing up and down and I don't see them anywhere. Nowhere else in the package either, and the manual doesn't list them as packed separately on the list of parts. What am I missing?

Glad to hear I'm not crazy. No UHF phasing wires on my antenna. Will call warranty on Monday.

I'll mention this to them as well but will say it here also that I tried to call technical support 4 times about this between Weds and today and left 3 messages, and I never got through nor heard anything back despite the fact that the message reassures the listener that "you'll get a call back by the end of the day today or if not today then tomorrow." Not sure what happened but if you could let them know about this I'd appreciate it.
