No sound

I just had a Winegard antenna installed on my roof by a company I found on this site. Two of the HD channels have no sound. Another has sound intermittently. Others are fine. The installer says it is not an antenna problem because the signlal strength on the affected channels (4-1, 6-1 and 10-1) is in the nineties. My tv is a toshiba 50hm66. I've reviewed the settings and can not find a problem.

Here is the response from one of our engineers.

The problems is described as an issue with the configuration of the Toshiba HDTV. With the new antenna in operation, I suggest that the customer "re-scan" the channel scan option found within the configuration menu. I also suggest that the scan be done in the evening, at prime time (thinking that one or more of the troubled channels are from a network broadcast) so that the correct version of AC-3 audio format can be stored in the HDTV tuner memory.
