Good morning Blemley -
Since you are approximately 10 -11miles from the Chicago channels the antenna Winegard would recommend for you is the HD-7694P, which will give you a narrow beamwidth (field of view) so multipathing should not be a problem.
Antennas with a wide beam width can receive reflected signals off of other buildings and trees presenting a problem. To mount the antenna you will want to make sure the antenna clears your roof by at least 5-6 feet to prevent any signals reflecting off of your roof from reaching the antenna. You can use the SW-0010 3’ tri pod mount and a TB-0005 5’ mast, a SW-0012 gable mount with a couple of TB-0005 5’ masts or the CM-2012 chimney mount with a couple of TB-0005 masts.
