GM-1518/Direct R22 HD no signal

Our carryout will only produce an error message (771) on our DirecTV receiver. It is an HD receiver, but we have used it with a standard dish for months at home. We trouble shot with Direct by phone, and the winegard manual, no luck. Thanks for any help.
