Question about problem with SWM and no signal in RV

I have a Winegard Traveller on my RV. I installed a SWM-8 and I am getting power to it. The receivers detect the SWM, but there is no signal from the dish. Everything reads 0. Also, I am using a 4-way power passing splitter.

I am on my way to the store to buy something to test the cables from the dish.

Any ideas? I've been working on this all day!

What does the display on the TRAV'LER tell you? is it showing you that it is on signal?
