On a recent trip when I tried to activate my dish, during the setup process I got the AZ Motor Stalled message. Inspected several times and found no obstructions. Eventually I had to manually stow the dish to be able to move.
Particulars:
Purchased in March 2009.
Used successfully three times on three different weekends before error message.
Tried resetting the system, turning power on/off etc. with no luck.
What do I need to do to fix this problem?
What do I need to do to get warranty work to fix/replace the dish system?
I live in the Houston, TX area.
