SK-3005 Stow Unknown

Had been sitting for two to three weeks with dish up and operating. Got the stow unknown message on power off. Had to stow manually. Have checked data cable connections as operator's manual suggests. Is there technical data available to me as a user to further diagnose this problem? Thanks
