Carryout GM 1518 No signal

I made the plunge and bought a Carryout GM 1518, after no luck with regular satellite dish. I have a Dish network receiver VIP 211. I followed instructions setting the switch settings for Dish Network. When I turned on the TV with the receiver and carryout system on I could not get the signal acquisition on satellite 119, to get to the SW64 switch. Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong. I was trying this out at home with the satellite plugged into my SUV.

Does the Carryout ever stop moving?

If so, how are you running the coax from the Carryout to the receiver? In through a window or door???

I hear it moving inside, but it does stop. I'm running everything out the back gate of the SUV.

Do you have a clear view of the Southern Sky?

If so, check the coax connected to the Carryout, there should be 12-18VDC on the end of the coax connected to the Carryout.

If you do not have this, you may have a bad connection somewhere. If not, please call us and we can look into other options:
