Move and View failure

I had a move and view installed on my rv at camping world and it work great fo the first 3 times I used it .On the fourth time (about one year) it lost the lock and on the search made noises like a train on the roof of the rig. Camping world and winguard said a part went bad and fixed it, Last trip 4 uses after it was fixed(about a year) the same failure happened again. this time I was on the first day of a twenty day trip. So my question is am I the only guy that has this problem or does any one eles have it too. does this system have a reliablity problem or do I have a lemon?????

You do not have a lemon.

Can you tell me which part was replaced? It could be that something else is wrong and that part is failing because of it.

Don't remember part but I have appt. with Camping world to Do dig on Monday will update then.
