road trip in-motion very noisy

Just had a 1235T in-motion road trip installed. Works fine but should it be this noisy. While driving you don’t notice it because of the road noise. But when parked and leveled it is so annoying and loud. It is constantly moving in small circles maintaining sat lock. Should it be that noisy?

Edit Just notice in manual after 6 minutes of not moving the road trip will go into sleep mode. This will make it much quieter while parked. Just need to make sure I change the reboot time on the reciever so the dish won't start searching every day at 3 AM. Dont want a 3 AM wake up.
