Unable to receive cable tv signal with VS-53AV

I am unable to receive cable tv signals through the VS-53AV box. The power for the antenna is turned off. I've checked the park and rv entrance location and the connections appear to be good.

Any trouble suggestions would be helpful

Can you use a barrel connector to connect the CABLE IN coax directly to the TV1 OUT coax?

This will tell you if the trouble is in the video switch or not. If not, it could be a setting in the TV or it could be a bad coax connection somewhere.

If it is, we may need to replace the video switch.
