RS 1000 Antena Directional Handle

I have had the plastic inside the shaft of the handle sheer off and cause it to become useless.
When I contacted your service department I was able to order the kit to replace the entire interior portion (RK-Ceil) but I did want to order a spare directional handle and was told I could not order that part alone. All other parts seem to work well but the interior of the shaft being plastic fins mated with the upper cast metal portion of the turning device will be subject to sheering off if one is to abrupt when turning it or the wind catches it like mine did. I was advised to go to the forum and request that it be available by its self instead of the entire kit.
