Wingard VS5312A Video Distribution Center Problem

Postby Brad » Sun Jul 26, 2009 9:46 pm

Hello All,

I just recently purchased an RV that has a VS5312A video distribution switch installed. The problem I am having is related to the Directv signal feeding to the rf (coax) input of the main and 2nd tv's. Everything else with the switch works perfectly. The only way I can get the satellite feed to the main tv is via the AV2 input on the main tv (yellow, red and white composite cable) from the VS5312A switch. Everything is wired correctly for the satellite signal. I cannot get a satellite picture through the VS5312A to the rf coax input on the tv.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try running the receiver to the VS-5312 by connecting it to the AUX port and let me know if you get the signal this way. This will help to tell me where the issue lies.
