SK-3005 EL home failure

I have an SK-3005. When I installed it I had a bad power supply and had to manually lower the dish. I have received a new power supply, it works, but when I powered up the system it went into EL Home Failure. I have since manually lowered the dish again. The manual suggests recalibration and to call tech support. I am having difficulty getting a reply. Can you tell me what I need to do to get things working again? Thanks

Have you re-calibrated the unit yet?
