TRAV'LER conversion kit SKA-KT1 for SK-3005

I am considering changing my satelite provider from DirecTV to DishTV. I have a Trav'ler SK-3005 antenna. I read that DishTV reception requires the SKA-KT1 kit.

I am unable to find a place where this kit is available.

Where may I find a seller of this device?
Do I really need it?
