bad LNBF

I am tring to get the satellite working on a used RV I just bought. I believe the LNBF Coax is not working, how do I get a new one?

LNB's rarely go bad. It is possible, can you tell me more about your unit to help me determine which LNB you need?

Is it a domed or open faced unit?

What does the control unit look like for it?

I have an open face dish.

below it on the inside of my coach I have a while dial that has degrees that I have to turn to manually. This thing is mounted to the ceiling.

I am trying to use my DirecTV box from my home in a different city when I travel.
