SK motor stall

I have a winegard sk-3005 with a sk motor stall. I also had an EL homing issue and recalibrated. I don't see any obstructions to prevent rotate but it definately stalls the motor each time.

Anything I can do here to resolve?

Edit: I called it 3500 when it is actually a 3005.

One other question is where is the SK limit at? I noticed the sk motor rotates during power down 30 degrees approximately and then gives a stall message and then 30 degrees and stall. It keeps doing this 3 times. and then doesn't go. If I hit power again it goes through this routine again. It continues this until it hits the hardstop and then it tests the hardstop 3 times and stops.

It does thing same thing when I do a "stow" only it doesn't error it just goes about 30 degrees each time and stops. Does this 3 times and then says "not stowed".

When power is off it seems like I can rotate it without to much force. There are a couple of squeaky spots on the sk travel but it moves easy.
