Traveler Sk3005

I am very interested in the SK 3005. I have read the online installation manual, and note that the antenna needs to be within 3 degrees of level to operate. I have a slightly rounded roof on my Alfa See Ya fifth wheel and was wondering if that is a problem with a tight tolerance for a flat installation and to be within the 3 degrees.

It doesn't sound like much but for the TRAV'LER, 3 degrees is quite a lot. However, even when the unit is more than 3 degrees off level, all that happens is the search takes longer. It will still work much more than 3 degrees off level but you will need to give it more time to search.

Thanks for the info. Now to check where the coax in the roof is located.
