12V Connections on RA 7296 Faceplate

I need to reconnect my 7296 faceplate but I'm not sure about the 12v connections. Does the hot wire go in the connection directly behind the 12V outlet and the ground go to the connector to the right when looking at the faceplate from the back?

Can anyone tell me which terminal is the positive and which is the ground? Someone at Winegard was going to email me a complete schematic and wiring instructions but I never got it. Any help would be appreciated.

It shows the correct position of the positive/ground terminals.
