Moving View with upgrade not finding 129 even transponders

I Have a Moving View 3500A with a WB2700 HD upgrade I hooked it up with two coax going to a Dish 612 DVR reciever. When i run the check switch it finds everything but the 129 even transponders. In the details I get missing Port: 3b Sat 129 Even on Both Tuner 1 and Tuner 2. I got the upgrade at camping World and it was the next to last one on the shelf. I wonder if I have one with a software glitz.

The trouble is in your receiver. DISH Network is working on the problem and should have it resolved soon.
