can only get some channels

I can only get about half the channels when my dish locates the satellite. I have previosly been able to get all channels I have subscribed to. Is there a problem with my GM-0700?

It may be an issue with the antenna or the cabling, but it could also be a mapping issue with the receiver. Try calling Shaw and verifying the receiver is mapped for the quad dual Ku style LNB, and now the Triple xKu.
