Cannot locate Satellite 119 on DISH

I have an RV with a DISH provider for my Winegard Movin' View stationary satellite.

All used to work fine, then this past weekend when we went out to a new campground the satellite could only locate satellite 110 and showed X's for the additional satellite. In the past it has located both 110 and 119.

Contacted DISH and they walked me through turning off the satellite and rerunning the check switch to clear everything out and restarting. Still only 110. Thought it coudl have been weather related or a tree branch over the RV so lived with the limited channels over the weekend.

Now back home with clear skies and no obstructions where I've always been able to pick up 110 and 119 in the past. Ran the check swith with the satelitte off to clear everything, then reran. Still just 110. Has a switch of 42 and everything else looks good. Re-ran the check switch to see if it would find 119 on the second try, but still just showing X's for port 1.

Any ideas????
