New Trailer - 1 of 2 TVs Feeeze

Have a 20112 5th wheel (Forest River) and have always had problem with our primary TV in the living room freezing on digital channels while the smaller TV in the bedroom never freezes. The Winegard "booster" is located in the Livingroom however the antenna is mounted above the Bedroom. Not knowing the wiring of the trailer we are wondering if it is a "booster" problem. As a test we ran a cable from the Bedroom TV connection through to the Livingroom TV directly (bypassing the wall connection) and it somewhat helped but still can't figure out exactly what the problem could be. We have tested the Livingroom TV and does not appear to be a TV problem. Anything you can suggest...this is disappointing given its a new trailer

FYI...if we turn "off" the booster we get no TV at all so I don't know idf it is a power supply like some of the other posting elude to. Both TVs are Jenzen's. Both TVs work fine if on cable
