try again sK1000 will not power up

SK 1000 message is no connection to antenna. everything is in place connectors
power cords etc but will not connect to antenna second time waiting for an answer.
Tried calling since Saturaday - no reply? not happy,

I would recommend that you go up on the roof and remove the 4 screws that hold a small rectangular plate in place just above where the coax cable and control cable exit the base of the antenna. Just inside you will find a male/female connection from that center control cable. This has come unplugged in the past due to the cable being a bit too short. If you find this has come unplugged you can loosen the large grey connection where the control cable enters the unit, pull the cable inside a bit so you can make a secure connection again. If this is what has happened this will solve that issue.
