No SignalI have an RV with a VS-0503/5312 and a Sensar antenna with a wingman, yet I am unable to get most digital channels. I have replaced the antenna head. I tested the VS-0503/5312 box and I have 10.5 volts coming from the box and 10.4 volts on the coaxial at the antenna head. Is this my issue? If so, since the VS model is no longer available, what options do I have to power the antenna & receive aditional digital stations.
Re: No SignalMMDK,
That is low power from the switchbox, we need around 12V for it to power the amplifier. We do have a limited quantity of replacement switchboxes available. Check your 12V pigtail that goes into the switchbox to make sure it has proper power and if it does, you can order a VS-53AV from our customer service department at 800-288-8094. I believe it runs $54.99 + tax/shipping. If you do not have proper power and need a box and a 12V pigtail, you can order a VS5312A from the same number for $59.99 + tax/shipping.
