Winegard carryout- last time i used it was last oct.when we had snow for hallowen and it set out in this snow but it worked great,when i tried useing it this spring in 70% weather it would not pick up sat.
119 but would pickup 110 and 129,could haveing it out in that snow have caused some type of problem?

No, the snow should not have been an issue. What result do you see when you do the check switch routine?

I can have it on sw64 and as i said it will pick up 110 n 129 but not 119 sats.i could even watch some tv shows on the 129 sat.

The Carryout has to lock to 119 before it would be able to find 110 or 129. I would pull the dome off and watch where the antenna orients itself for what you have selected on the point dish screen and see if 119 may be partially obstructed.

The LNB won't differentiate between signal from 110, 119 or 129 so if we're getting signal on even/odd transponders on 110 and 129, then there's no reason outside of a partial obstruction we wouldn't see 119. If we have a clear line of sight when you have the 119 selected on the point dish screen, it may be a defect with the receiver.
