On button does not work HELP!

Hi Bill, We were able to get the picture but no audio. Do we need to change all the cords that came with the replacement?

We changed the cords that came with the new controler. Still no audio.

That will be issue exclusively between the receiver and the TV. Now that you have a picture we know the antenna is working exactly as it should. You will need to check the output wiring from the receiver and determine where it is going. It is using an HDMI, component, composite, coax or other connection(s). You will have to determine what connection from the receiver involves the audio and correct that connection.
