Model #RM DM46
I purchased a new trailer and installed a Winegard model RM-DM-46 satellite antenna will elevation sensor in 2005. It has operated well with the exception of a little binding as you rotate through the 3 and 9 o`clock positions (6 o`clock being the stowed position). After winter storage the antenna will not rotate.It will move 15 degrees from 6 towards the 3 o`clock and hits a suden hard stop. It will move 40 degrees toward 9 and slowly binds to a stop. There are no obstructions on the roof or signs of damage insde or out. The blockage appears internal. I am submitting this as one of two pages because I get cut off. Has anyone had this problem with the winegard model RMDM46? Before I attempt to disassemble it to find the blockage does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time. CorJon.
