Started the trav'ler, after few minutes found 2 satellites ( Shaw ) and our decoder says signal has been lost wait... turned off retry and same result.
Called Shaw direct and they told me my decoder is ok.
What is the problem ?

Re: No signalShaw has changed their setup. You may need to contact Shaw and let them know that you have the LNB capable of receiving 107 and 111. They should be able to adjust your service accordingly (if I understand correctly). The new setup requires a 3 LNB setup or a dual LNB setup that is different than the previous setup.

Re: No signalClaude,
If you can private message me two pieces of information I can confirm if you are using an incompatible receiver map: 1. The SKIDU number on the bottom of your Winegard control box 2. The network data status number from the Shaw receiver (to get this, press the red options button on your remote then navigate to Option 6 System Setup -> Option 4 System Settings -> Option 7 System Status). It will be listed on this screen under heading F in a format that reads ###-####. You can PM me with this link: ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=4918
