need quick disconnect

I have a winegard carryout - about 2 years old
I need to replace the quick disconnect connector
it is black, approx 3/4 inch high and 1 1/2 inch wide
connects from the outside with 2 hex head bolts and a rubber gasket between it and the housing
has a pig tail ( approx 6 inches long) on the inside of the unit that connects with a small white connector
(didn't measure, so these are estimated sizes)

where can I get this connector?
