I have a Winegard DM-4000 digital antenna elevation sensor to set up my Directv manual antenna . The
display does not stay on long enough sometimes to get a signal. Is there a way to keep the display on longer?

Re: WelcomeHello
I have a Wineguard Traveler mounted on top my RV with a Vip 722 Dishnetwork receiver. Couldn't use it for the trees over the traveler. I unhooked the lines and connected the main line to 1000.2 dish with a separator to both inputs on the receiver and I have 110,119, 129. My question is when I hook my traveler again do I just run the check switch to get the sw64 back or when it says fewer satellites found should I save and go from there and run with cables disconnected to clear the receiver and run again connected. I did have a printed email from your support department but misplaced it. Would appreciate any help you could give me
Re: WelcomeWith a Dish ViP211k receiver and a Carryout dish, what is the approximate maximum signal strength I can expect under ideal conditions in the western US?
Re: WelcomeI recently purchased a gp1-mp1 satellite antenna and a vip 211k receviver from winegard. I hooked every thing up got a signal and even got to the activation screen. after three days of calling dish and wineguard I am frustrated beyond belief wineguard says th e receiver will work. dish says contact winegard and that my home has a standard receiver and the hd receiver wont work. they go on to say one works on an eastern arc and the other on a western arc. then they say I need to contact a local retailer or they get prompted on the computor to send a tech to my house. I am almost ready to pack it all up and send it back.
Re: WelcomeUsing an MP1 and Dish Network will only get you about 1/2 the programming available from Dish Network since the programming is broadcast on both 110 and 119. If you purchased your receiver from Winegard you should be able to give them a call with your receiver properly connected to the 119 satellite and have your service activated. You cannot get all of the DN programming unless you go outside and repoint the dish when you need programming on different satellite, but you should be able to get much of the the DN programming from the 119 satellite.
Re: WelcomeGood Morning Mr Hopkins,
Yes, this satellite will work with the 211K receiver and it will also pick up the HD satellite (129).
Re: WelcomeI work for DTS comms in Louisiana and we install winegard moblie units on trks. Recently encounter a Motor error on the WX1200A unit.Motor stalled was the description. Was wondering what might cause this and possible solutions to problem.
Re: WelcomeHi, I have a trav'ler 1000 and want to change it to swm tec, I have a swm 5lmb and a slimline dish can I change make the change by putting these on the existing unit?
Re: WelcomeThe SK-1000 Trav'ler is for Dish Network and there would be no need for the SWM which is DirecTV technology. Could you clarify what you have and what you are hoping to do? If you do have the 1000 and you want to change your service to DirecTV then the simple answer is no, you cannot make the change to a DirecTV setup with your 1000.

Re: WelcomeHello, I have a Carryout GM-18. The switch is 64, but it is only receiving satellite 119. There are no obstructions. Is there anything I can do? I am not techosavvy.
