Is there a place online that I can download user manual for the AS2003 system. I recently purchased an RV with this unit installed but no paperwork.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem with my antenna. It worked fine in Jan and Feb 2009, but in last part of March and now in April it no longer will lock on to sat 119. It sees it but passes right by it. I can caputre it by shuting the sat off when it passes by it. But then it won't toggle to 110. If I let it search it finally stops on express veiw 91. I called Winegard and I was told I would have to upgrade to a newer antenna.

The problem stems from the launch of the 72 and 77 satellites that 'confuse' the AS-2003. Since the AS-2003 uses GPS and satellite location to determine which satellite it has found, the existence of these two satellites are playing havoc with the system.
