Movin View Satelite

How can I find out what model of the Movin View I have? I just purchased a horse trailer with this on it and I am trying to connect to dish network however the Movin View picked up dish network but I don't get any signals/channels. Does anyone know what I need to do? :oops: :?

If the dish locked on, did it show a signal on the signal meter on the receiver?

It might be best to call us as there are several questions that we will need to ask to be able to answer your question.
