Directv multiswitch

I recently purchased aWineguard Roadtrip MiniMax. My RV is satellite ready but only has 1 coax along with the power wire. I tried to pull a string thru on both wires but neither one will budge. I have a R16 dvr and would like 2 inputs. Can I use a multiswitch and if so which one would I use to change 1 input into 2.

Unfortunately, no to run both inputs you will need to connect both cables.
