Mobile Satlite Dish

I have a winegard mobile sat lite dish on my 5th wheel I need to know if the tuner is in the receiver or in the dish My TV tells me that I have a 100% rec. on tuner #2 but 0% rec on #1 I need to know where the tuners that are being refered to are located I have a Direct TV HD Receiver

The tuners are within the receiver.

If tuner two is showing 100% and tuner 1 is showing zero, no signal is getting to tuner one. To figure out if it's a receiver issue or a antenna issue, flip the cables on the back of your receiver, moving 1 to 2 and vice versa.

If the problem stays the exact same and tuner 1 is still 0%, then you have an issue with your receiver. If you the problem flips and tuner 1 now has 100% and tuner 2 has 0%, then you have a cabling issue between the LNB and the receiver.
