The indicator light on the control box does not light up. I have done every test you recommended and nothing works. Do I need a new control box or do you have another suggestion to try the one I have?

I don't know what tests you have done, but the only 2 that mean anything are testing the 12V plug in the back of the controller to see if you have good 12+V DC power there and then check the connection on the back of the controller labeled From Antenna and verify that this connection is outputting 12V when the button is on and no volts when the button is off. You will need to check this by putting a jumper coax in the output port and check the voltage there. If there is no power but you have a good 12+V input, you need to replace the box. If you have good 12V input and good 12V output you then need to go up on the roof and see if you have 12V available in the coax where it enter the head of the antenna. If you do, but you have no good TV service (assuming you are in an area where you should have service) then you need to replace the Sensar. If you do not have good 12V power at the roof even though you have good 12V inside then you need to locate the wiring issue between the controller and the roof.
