No as it said in my posts it's a new SK3005 replacing my SK1000.The reflector has a small dent on the top edge so don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.I ran new cables today from the dish to the receiver but same sigs.

Remember that Winegard is not DirecTV and DirecTV has nothing at all to do with Winegard. If you called DTV the installer will "most likely" not know anything about the Winegard antenna. If you can get the coach to the installer (or vice versa) that person should be able to find out why the antenna is not showing that it found 119.

I know I should just back out and shut up, but could you tell me which part of this I misunderstood?
Will get a DTV guy out and see what he finds.

Damage to the reflector may cause an issue with the antenna skewing properly, which could lead to low signals across the board.

Any way you can possibly post or email pictures of the reflector? My email is aljohn@winegard.com.

Tech help.you hit the nail on the head.It had a small dent on the edge which i fixed and it works fine.Guess i asked my question on the wrong forum.
