Going Digital

We have a Class C motor home with a Winegard Video Distribution Panel, Winegard RV Antenna and a Winegard RV Digital Satellite System with Digital Elevation Sensor. Because we don't RV more than 5 or 6 times a year I'm trying to figure out if we can hook up one Digital Converter Box to service both the Front and Bedroom TV's. I have downloaded the Winegard diagram for wiring the Digital Receiver to a videoswitch. We have an Insignia Digital converter Box. Will that work? I don't understand how it would work for both TV's and still have the ability to change channels etc in the bedroom. Is the diagram specific to the RDCT09A? Any help will be appreciated. I know we can get a satellite receiver but would rather forego that cost right now.

First, I want to be sure to point out that one converter can tune one channel. So if you are using it for two TV's both with be watching the same channel when you use the converter.

I am not sure which set of diagrams you have. I have created two sets. One for units with the analog pass through and one for those without. If your converter has analog pass... use the diagram for the RCDT09A if not use the set for the RC-DT09.

Thanks for that response. So, if we want one converter to work for both TV's we would wire it following the WF725 Sat OTA diagram, right? Never watch 2 TV's at once, so we will give this a try.
