I have batwing antenna model 3090A with a booster inside my motorhome. I used to get fair reception with it but contacted Customer Service in 5/2005 to see what I could do to improve service as it was never the greatest, even new. Everything was acceptable until this DTV conversion came along and messed up my life. I bought a converter box that worked fine in my house but would not work in my motorhome. I went to my RV service center who sold me a $117 Winegard pass-thru converter box and the $30 Wingman extension. There have been many calls to customer service. The unit worked great in the parking lot of the service center, but as soon as I got out on the road my ability to receive a signal disappeared. As I traveled around Texas I called my service center to report "no picture in Bandera", or "all I can receive is one channel in Fredericksburg", "I cannot receive ABC, NBC, or CBS at Medina Lake", or "I am getting NO SIGNAL for all channels". This is very frustrating! What do you suggest?
