Movin View in Europe

Hi I have just bought an American RV recently imported into the UK it has amovin view unit on the roof
Can anyone tell me how to get this unit to work in the Uk
Do I just need a satalite reciver box and also I have read about switch settings can anyone tell me about this and what the switch setting are for the uk
