No VHF with Wa1000w

Just lately I have lost all VHF channels with my WA1000w. Tech support said it was the circuit board in the head. Got a new one still have the same problem (-65.00) Great UHF but NO VHF. UHF is all Spanish.

Checked voltage at the head +12V. Checked voltage at switch box + 12v. Does anyone have an idea. Usually use Satellite so I don't have an idea when this started. Digital TV + Wa1000w digital.

Do I need a converter box?

I assume that you are talking about our MA1000W motorized Sensar.

If you are losing the VHF and have voltage at the antenna head, you could need to replace the antenna head.
The antenna has a 2 year warranty on all its parts so you should just need to call in to

and we can talk about replacing it.
