The Panel is

3.5 Tall
7.75 wide
4.75 deep

The outer surface of the panel is a rough black coating.

Thanks for the info, I have ordered one and think it will work in the cabnet where I plan to put the control box..

Received the panel mount yesterday and installed the control box, works very well but one thing that I would suggest is that for the price Winegard include the (4) counter sunk black mounting screws in the box.
