My long, sad, dreary story:
We have two rural houses and one city house.
At 9000 feet near this zip code is one rural house: 87025
It is a house in the New Mexico Mountains. A neighbor has a trailer and gets good TV reception there.
Another rural house is near this zip code: 76692 near Whitney Texas.
Our city house is at this zip code 75244 in Dallas Texas.
I hate the cable companies.
When the new digital TV mess began I finagled two old conventional antennas and one new one (Antennas Direct) and had a lot of trouble at first. Now I can finally get reception by rotating the whole mess for different stations. But I want a better solution.
Since our mountain neighbor gets good reception, I want to know if the rotating RV antennas will work for all three of our houses.
Does someone have some experience with using the RV (trailer) type antenna on a house or know of any reason why it would not work?
