Carryout on Roof of RV

Would it be possible to remove the four leg bolts and replace them with lag bolts screwed into roof of rv? I'm thinking of a permanent installation of my Carryout into the roof of my 5th wheel. Has anyone tried this? It could be an expensive test to see if it could handle highway speeds, so I am seeking input.
