HD channels with Carry out Bell Express VU

HD channels with Carry out Bell Express VUI recently set up the Carryout GM1518 on my fifth wheel. My provider is Bell. I receive my SD channels but am unable to receive my HD channels. My sattelites are Nimiq 91 for SD and Nimiq 82 HD. I believe the Sattelites are new. Is there an upgrade if the sats are new?
Re: HD channels with Carry out Bell Express VUI think I may have already helped you via email, but just in case...
Your Carryout should be compatible with both of those satellites. A few questions: Where are you using it at? The 82 satellite’s coverage area is very limited if you are using it in the United States. This is a somewhat recent change made by Bell TV (like you mentioned, they made some recent updates to their satellites). If you are using it in Canada, is your receiver properly configured for use of both satellites? To set up your receiver, you have to do what is known as a “Check Switch Test”. This is in your receiver’s “Point Dish” signal meter screen. Thanks.
Re: HD channels with Carry out Bell Express VUI have just purchased GM1518 for my rv and I can not get it to work back and forth with sat 91 and 84 can any one help as to how or what needs to be done?
Re: HD channels with Carry out Bell Express VUGood morning garma -
The Carryout MG-1518 toggles between Bell Express VU satellites 82 and 91. Please also confirm you have set the switches for Bell TV outlined in the manual. http://www.winegard.com/kbase/upload/2452172.pdf
